Xiaomi India announced the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G, Redmi Note 11 Pro, and Redmi Watch 2 Lite for the Indian market during its first in-person event in over two years. The Note 11 Pro+ 5G has the same specifications as the worldwide Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, whereas the Note 11 Pro is the same smartphone that was released globally in January.
Both new Redmi Notes have 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED displays with 120Hz refresh rates and a punch-hole cutout for their 16MP selfie cameras. The 108MP primary cameras on the rear are likewise shared, as are the auxiliary 8MP ultrawide cameras, 2MP macro assisters, and 2 MP depth modules.
Difference Between Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G vs Redmi Note 11 Pro
The primary difference is in the chipset, with the Note 11 Pro+ 5G getting a 5G enabled Snapdragon 695 and the Note 11 Pro getting MediaTek’s Helio G96. Both phones run MIUI 13, which is based on Android 11.
The Note 11 Pro+ 5G is available in Stealth Black, Phantom White, and Mirage Blue. The entry-level 6/128GB trim costs INR 20,999 ($273), while the top-tier 8/256GB variant costs INR 24,999 ($325). The first sales will take place on March 15th, through Xiaomi’s online and physical platforms, as well as Amazon India and associated stores.
